What does Sri Lanka's Digital Nomad Visa require?

The Digital Nomad Visa launched in February 2026 for remote workers earning from outside Sri Lanka. Applicants must be over 18 and show at least US$2,000 a month in foreign income. It is issued for up to 12 months, can be renewed annually, does not allow local employment, and has no path to permanent residence. Fees and the full document list should be confirmed before you apply.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

If you cancel within 48 hours of payment, and no session has taken place and nothing has been delivered, we refund you less card-processing fees. After that, fees are non-refundable, but anything not yet delivered can be converted into LiveInLanka credit valid for 12 months. The Discovery & Plan guarantee still applies: if the call does not give you three things you did not already know, tell us within 7 days and we refund it. LiveInLanka is a trade name and business of Matara Spice Co. (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Sri Lanka (Reg. No. PV00372882) based in Malimbada, Matara. Matara Spice Co. (Pvt) Ltd is the company you contract with, card payments are collected on its behalf through Stripe by Zenergy Solutions (Japan), and our Terms of Service are governed by Sri Lankan law.

How do I book and pay for a consultation?

Accepted Answer

You can book a package online and pay securely by card via Stripe, applying a promotion code at checkout if you have one. During booking you pick a preferred one-hour consultation slot; every time is manually confirmed and can be rescheduled up to three times at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. A Stripe receipt is emailed on payment and LiveInLanka follows up with a personal confirmation within 24 hours.
